After the processing period, we ship items via regular USPS from Virginia, US, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped so that you can track its progress. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. Q: DO YOU PROVIDE EXPEDITED HANDLING AND SHIPPING OPTIONS?

A: Yes, we offer expedited shipping options such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL and USPS express mail for customers who require faster delivery at check out. The time it takes for your item to arrive will depend on the shipping service you select and the price you pay for that service.

Once your expedited shipping order has been placed and payment has been received, we will send out your item within 1 business day from our operation center at Virginia, US. Please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.

 

Q: HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

A: To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Check that your item is eligible for return within our 30-day return window.
  2. Contact our customer service team by emailing us at info@twobunnies.com and let us know that you would like to return your item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide you with an online prepaid shipping label via email.
  4. Print out the label and attach it securely to the package.
  5. Drop off your package at your nearest shipping location.
  6. Please note that a $4.99 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps us cover the cost of processing your return and ensures that we can continue to provide you with great products at affordable prices.

Q: WHAT IF THE SIZE I NEED IS SOLD OUT?

A: If the size you need is sold out, don't worry! We recommend that you contact us at info@twobunnies.com and we'll be happy to help you. Our team will provide you with the necessary information and details on when the item will be restocked.

Typically, sold out items will be back in stock within 1 month. Once the item is back in stock, we will notify you by email. This way, you can be sure to get the size you need as soon as possible.

Q: CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

A: If you would like to make changes to your order, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible at info@twobunnies.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it and place a new order with the correct information. However, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes to it. In that case, we advise you to return the unwanted item(s) and we will process the return and refund, and place a new order with the correct information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

 

Q: WHAT ARE THE WASH INSTRUCTIONS?

A: We recommend hand washing all of our dresses since they are made of delicate materials such as lace and tulle. Here are the steps to follow when washing our dresses:

  1. Fill a basin or sink with cool water and add a gentle detergent.

  2. Submerge the dress in the water and gently agitate it with your hands. Be sure to avoid rubbing the fabric together as this can cause damage.

  3. Rinse the dress thoroughly with cool water until all of the soap is removed.

  4. Gently squeeze out the excess water. Do not twist or wring the dress.

  5. Lay the dress flat on a clean towel and reshape it as necessary. Allow it to air dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

In addition to the above steps, here are some additional instructions that apply to all of our lace and tulle dresses:

  • Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals.

  • Do not iron or use a steamer. If necessary, use a fabric steamer on low heat to remove wrinkles.

  • Do not dry clean as this can damage the delicate fabric.

Q: DO YOU HAVE SWATCHES FOR THE DRESSES?

A: We're sorry, but we do not provide swatches for our dresses. However, we take great care in ensuring that the pictures on our website accurately represent the colors of our dresses. We understand that shopping for dresses online can be difficult, which is why we provide high-quality images from multiple angles to help you make an informed decision.

If you have any doubts about the color of a dress, we recommend reviewing the product images and descriptions carefully before making your purchase.
