Returns:
- You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@twobunnies.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send out the return label by email. The mailing address is 14231 Willard Rd, Ste 500, Chantilly, VA, 20151.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unwashed and unworn.
- Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) minus the return shipping and handling fee of $3.99.
- If the shipment use Expedited Shipping Service, the original expedited shipping fee will NOTÂ be refunded.
Exchanges:
- To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@twobunnies.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
- We will send you the return label by email. Then ask you to place a new order for the item you would like to exchange and return the unwanted item to us. You will be refunded for the original purchase minus the return charge of $3.99 once we receive the item(s).
- Please note the return shipping and handling fee of $3.99 will be deducted, but we will cover the shipping fee for the new order.

- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on final sale items.
- If an item you received is damaged or defective, please email us at info@twobunnies.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
