Common Return Questions

What is your Return Policy?

  • 30 calendar days from the delivery date for full refund (less shipping)
  • After 30 days, no returns will be allowed
  • $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted

All items will be thoroughly inspected upon return. Items must be returned with original tags attached. Please include all of the item's set accessories (i.e. headbands, sash, etc.) or we cannot issue the refund. We regret we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items (including stains or odor) for return or exchange. All final sale items are final sales, no exchange or refunds. Please take care when opening your package, do not use scissors as it can cut the dress inside the package.

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Washed, worn items without original tags
  • Headbands, headpieces, purses, sashes

 

Are there any charges for return?

How do I return?

  • Send the return request email to info@twobunnies.com with the order number
  • After we received the request email, we will issue the shipping label for you
  • You will get a confirmation email with prepaid shipping label and shipping guidelines.
  • $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
