SHIPPING:

We sell dresses to customers in U.S. Free shipping for all U.S Domestic ordersExpedited Shipping Service is also available but with additional fees. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping information:

  1. Eligibility: All orders are eligible for free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase amount required.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. If you need your order sooner, we also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

  3. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.

  4. Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

  5. Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

RETURNS:

  • You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
  • To initiate a return, Please navigate to the "Online Returns" page to generate the return label online, which can be found in two locations:
    • Under the "Support" section in the footer menu.
    • Under "About 2Bunnies" in the main menu.
  • On the return initiation page, you will be prompted to enter your login email address. Make sure to use the email associated with your order for a seamless process.
  • For any question, please email us at info@twobunnies.com with your order number. We can also send out the return label by email. The return mailing address is 14231 Willard Rd, Ste 500, Chantilly, VA, 20151.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unwashed and unworn.
  • Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) minus the return shipping and handling fee of $4.99.
  • If the shipment use Expedited Shipping Service, the original expedited shipping fee will NOT be refunded.

EXCHANGES:

  • Step 1: Initiate a Return for the Unwanted Item
    • Follow the "Return" instructions provided in the "Online Returns" section, as mentioned in our previous instructions. The same $4.99 return shipping and handling fee will apply.
  • Step 2: Place a New Order for the Desired Item

    • While your return is being processed, head over to our online store and place a new order for the item you'd like to exchange for. Make sure to select the correct size or style this time.
Please note the following:
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on final sale items.
  • If an item you received is damaged or defective, please email us at info@twobunnies.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
